VSMPO-Avisma IFRS net profit rises 40% to $168 mln Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Aug 29 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian titanium giant VSMPO-Avisma grew 40% on the year to U.S. $167.58 million in January–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a report Wednesday.

Revenue increased 3.3% to $786.08 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) decreased 6.1% to $317.52 million.
